Additionally featured in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a key labelling distinct sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
